The clock is ticking! Members of the military who were recently deployed have to be under contract by April 30, 2011, to possibly qualify for the first-time homebuyer credit.  Military or certain federal employees must have served on qualified official duty outside of the United States for at least 90 days during the time period after December 31, 2008, and before May 1, 2010.
