You still have time to attend the 2010 Parade of Homes in Colorado Springs! The Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs' event began August 6th and runs through August 22nd.

There are 22 single family homes, 6 priced at over $500,000, but some begin at the upper $100,000s. Hours to view the parade homes are 11 am to 7 pm each day. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 or seniors. Children 17 and younger are free. You can purchase tickets at all parade-home locations as well as Safeway stores.

There are 17 home builders represented in Meridian Ranch, Falcon, Gold Hill Mesa and other Colorado Springs neighborhoods. Some of the builders include Classic Homes, Vantage Homes, Creekstone Homes, Oakwood Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Saddletree Homes.
